In the 70s and 80s, activist Carole Roussopoulos and actress Delphine Seyrig made use of new video technologies to fight for the women's movement. Archive material documents their interventions into the events of the time.

About the director

Callisto Mc Nulty studied Culture, Criticism and Curation at Central Saint Martins - University of the Arts London and Gender Studies at Goldsmiths, University of London. She works as an author, filmmaker, translator and curator. Delphine et Carole, insoumuses is her second feature-length film after the documentary Eric's Tape from 2017 and was shown at the Berlinale 2019.
