Director: Jonathan Parker

USA, comedy, 96 min., 2009, lithuanian subtitles
Adrian (Adam Goldberg) is an avant-garde composer whose work calls for paper crumpling, glass breaking and bucket kicking. Josh (Eion Bailey) – his brother, a commercially successful artist whose works are the financial backbone of the Chelsea’s gallery in New York. One of the owners of this gallery, the gorgeous Madeleine (Marley Shelton), becomes the bridge between the two brothers. One of them – Josh – guarantees financial success to her gallery, the other – Adrian – starts a love affair with her. Surprisingly compelling, this film goes deep into the world of contemporary art, its market rules in Chelsea, seeks to reveal the divide between art and commerce, genuine passion and prefab enthusiasm. „(Untitled)“ is an ironic film of how artists handle the unpredictable tastes of the crowds and try to balance playing to their audience while staying true to their artistic passions.

2009 – Grand Jury Prize and the Cinema Choice Award at the Mannheim Film Festival.
2009 – Best American Film at the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival.
