Nisimazine Special: Rotterdam Shorts

In the past few weeks a small, dedicated, sleep-deprived team of Nisimazine journalists have been at the 41st International Film Festival Rotterdam (The Netherlands) to cover the short films of the festival, especially the Tiger Shorts Awards Competition. The section, in keeping with the festival's general approach, is known for its innovative and experimental programming.
